Wholesale Inquiries
Payment:
Orders placed through the shopping cart will be processed through PayPal's secure web server system. A PayPal account is not required; customers may use a credit card to check out. To learn why PayPal payments are secure, visit their security center. If you wish to pay via money order or personal check, please email me for an invoice and directions for sending your payment. Your order will be shipped after your check clears payment. Cash is not accepted.
Taxes:
Orders are shipped from Illinois, USA. Retail orders delivered to an Illinois address will be charged the current sales tax rate. This amount will be added automatically during your shopping cart checkout.
Customs:
I am happy to ship international orders. Orders delivered to some countries may be subjected to customs fees or other tariffs dependent on the location. The customer is responsible for payment of these fees. All orders will be marked as merchandise. (Please do not ask me to break the law and declare them as gifts.)
Shipping:
Retail orders will be assessed a shipping fee from an estimated $3 to $7 for domestic orders, and $5 to $20 for orders outside the United States based on merchandise weight. This amount will be added to your shopping cart upon checkout. Parcels will be shipped to the address listed with your payment information. Use the comment section or a TIMELY email to indicate if you wish the order sent to a different address. Tracking is provided for all packages -an email will be sent with a tracking number when the shipping label is created.
Order Fulfillment:
Retail orders are normally packed and shipped within 1-4 business days of receipt of the payment. Orders are sent via USPS first class mail and should arrive within 3 - 7 days after shipping. International mail may take several weeks. If there will be a delay in your order due to the availability of charms, you will be notified within 48 hours.
Gifts:
Meridian Designs charts make great gifts. If your order is being sent as a gift, let me know. I can include a special card and include a packing list without prices. (Sorry, domestic orders only on the invoice omission.) Gifts may be sent anonymously, but I will squeal if the recipient insists on knowing the donor. To request a gift certificate, please email me directly at meridianxstitch@yahoo.com.
Insurance:
Insurance is not normally provided. If your parcel has not arrived after an appropriate time, please contact me about a replacement shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the highly reproducible nature of printed materials, no refunds will be given. If a chart is found defective (i.e. missing or unreadable pages) I will cheerfully replace the copy in kind.
Changes or
Cancellations:
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel or change that order, please contact me ASAP. If your order has not yet been shipped it may be cancelled or changed easily and payment refunded as necessary. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
Privacy:
I respect your privacy! Meridian Designs will never sell your name/email. Information provided by you will only be used to communicate about your order. If you wish to receive mailings regarding new products and events, please add your email to the newsletter list using the form linked at the top of the page.
Wholesale Inquiries:
Meridian Designs charts are available in shops all around the globe. To find a shop near you, visit the shop lists published by the distributors. They are more up to date than my list will ever be.
Shops may order directly from me or through the following distributors. Distributors may or may not carry all designs, or older charts. Some designs are Limited Editions and will not be reprinted. All designs are subject to being discontinued at any time. If you are interested in a discontinued design, please contact me to see if there are any still floating around my workshop.
